Back Ground-------Free Absorbent bilge pads are now available at Redondo Beach King Harbor (Rocky Point Fuel dock), Marina Del Rey, Avalon, Big Bear, and Port of LA marinas. These absorbent pads are part of a program of the Santa Monica Bay Restoration Project.
