SOOT( emissions fallout)  ALERT

 

Do you sometimes find significant soot  on your boat. Some times the AES smoke stacks emit soot (emissions fallout). The direction of the wind may blow it onto some boats. If you feel this has happened to your boat there is a way to get your boat cleaned.

 

Each of the Marina offices has a form you can fill out and submit to AES. Claims should be submitted promptly following a suspected fallout period. AES will inspect the boat and verify that the soot is from there stacks. They will then pay for any necessary cleaning.
